In her welcome address, she highlighted the strategic importance of M²OLIE within the innovation and transfer landscape and emphasized the relevance of structured cooperation between scientific institutions and practice-oriented partners for the sustainable achievement of the project goals.

Prof. Dr. Patrick Maier, head of the M²OLIE office, then presented an overview of the current status and latest developments at the Mannheim research campus. The presentation included a detailed assessment of the progress made during the reporting period and informed the project partners about key figures and milestones achieved. Particular focus was placed on the implementation status of the central project activities in the modules and on the continuous optimization of operational processes.
The meeting concluded with a constructive discussion involving the project partners. The main topics were the future strategic direction of M²OLIE beyond the current funding period and the long-term establishment of the closed-loop process as a key project outcome. The exchange of perspectives and experiences contributed to the identification of potential risks, further development opportunities, and appropriate measures to ensure the sustainability and impact of the project results. Overall, the partner meeting served as an important platform for coordination, knowledge transfer, and strengthening cooperation within the M²OLIE public-private partnership.
